All I wanted was a great cup of coffee...I found that and so much more. First of all, the coffee. Come here for that. It's locally sourced and the flavor is amazing. You can even buy bags to take home. I also ordered a bacon egg sandwich which was made to order, fresh, hot and amazing. But what really captured my attention was the little qr code placard sitting in front of me as I ate. I saw that there were different stories on each table and when I clicked, I came to find out that this restaurant is a nonprofit, and that my tip was going to be donated to help homeless people who were evident all around me. This chic building was built right next to the mission it serves as it puts out coffee with a purpose.

Really adorable cafe and their mission is to give back to the community and help build lives! The Turkey Gouda wrap was delightful and my soup was delicious! I also enjoyed my sweet tea. It's a small building but they have a good amount of seating on the inside as well as a customer bathroom. There are booths & tables, and places to plug in a laptop to work remote. The staff was so friendly and excited we stopped by. Please visit and support them. They are not open on the weekends but they have a breakfast and lunch menu during the week.

After a busy weekend of moving into a new apartment in the downtown area I decided to walk to Rise Cafe for some breakfast. Located across from the City Rescue Mission, Rise Cafe is a great way to eat delicious food and always give back to those in need. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with cold brew and a blueberry muffin for my sweet tooth. The croissant was light and flakey with a liberal helping of butter layered on. The cold brew helped me wash it down. Then came surprise of the blueberry muffin. Soft and moist with fresh blueberries and icing on top. When ordering you have the option to donate in the same spot you would put a tip. They also have a little sign at most of the tables that have QR codes in order for you to find information about City Rescue Mission. There is plenty more options on the menu for any type of breakfast person. It was a delightful morning!

This is such a wonderful little cafe with amazing food and coffee. The inside is very cute and they also have a convenient parking lot! My wrap and coffee was delicious! Saffa was so kind and helpful as well! Will definitely be back.

I think that was the best croissant I've ever had!! Staff was friendly, vibes were great, coffee was delicious. Will definitely be back!! Nice parking lot next to the building.

Cozy little Cafe. I met Jennifer and Saffa today while having their cold brew (which slaps in case you need to know). It's very unassuming but beautiful. I don't do reviews often so I definitely will be back

Friendly service with reasonable priced drinks and pastries. The interior is spacious, the restrooms are clean, and there is plenty of parking. There is a door from the parking lot that leads into the cafe, but it's a metal door that doesn't look like you can enter through there. But you can.

What a beautiful mission and solid coffee and food. I’m not coming here for the best food or coffee I’ve ever had. I’m coming here because the prices are fair, the service is intentional, and the heart is amazing. Great peace to relax and read. Plenty of parking in the lot attached as well.
